Security & privacy
Ops On Time is designed around five principles. They shape how the product is built, not just how it is sold.
Your own board
Each customer gets its own board, airline rules and configuration. A dedicated database and sub-domain per customer (for example yourcompany.opsontime.com) are being rolled out.
Never sold, never used to train AI
Your schedule is used to run your board. It is never resold and never used to train AI models.
Encrypted in transit
All connections to the board use HTTPS.
Roles for each user (coming)
Admin, supervisor and read-only access for TV screens are part of the upcoming online configuration panel.
Export and deletion on request
Ask for a full export of your data, or for its deletion, at any time.
What data Ops On Time handles
Operational schedule data: flights, airlines, times, meal types and the timing rules you set. No passenger data is needed.
Live flight tracking
Live estimated ETA and ETD come from live aircraft tracking (ADS-B). They are estimates based on the real position of the aircraft, not official airline schedules.
AI assistants (MCP)
When you connect your own AI assistant through MCP, it reads your board data with the access you grant. Your AI provider's own terms apply to that assistant. Ops On Time does not use your data to train AI models.
Hosting and storage
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). The hosting provider, data region and backup schedule of your live board are confirmed in writing with each customer before go-live.
Retention
Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract. When a contract ends, it is deleted within 30 days, after a full export if you ask for one. Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange.
Subprocessors
GitHub (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), FormSubmit (demo request form). The providers that host and store your live board are listed in your contract.
